A couple years back Mark made a beer brine for some turkeys and then fried them. We then donated the food to the Amos House in Providence. Check out the above video to see the brine recipe and watch Mark fry the bird. We also picked up some sides from Olga's Cup & Saucer and Rick's Roadhouse and before heading to the Amos House. We show this every year around this time because we are proud to help our neighbors and think this is one damn fine recipe. Enjoy and have a Happy Thanksgiving.
