7% abv - Maibock

This traditional German style Maibock is brewed in small batches in our Providence brewery.

Vienna and Munich malts give this beer a wonderful malt complexity which is balanced by German Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops. We brew our Bock in Mid Winter to ensure an extended lagering period and carbonate it naturally in accordance with German tradition.

The result is an amazingly crisp, clear and smooth lager that's perfect to welcome back warm weather and longer days.

We brewed this batch with golden naked oats and german wheat imparting complexity to the flavor profile which balances out the intense ripe stonefruit flavor of the hops. Dry hopped with New Zealand grown Nectaron hops.
