4.8% abv - American Lager

When we set out to create this beer we poured through recipes from the 1960's researching ingredients, technique, and the evolving palates of American
beer drinkers. This retro lager is brewed with both 2 row and 6 row barley and flaked torrefied maize. We utilized Cluster hops, one of the oldest and most robust American hops. Its usage in beer in the 1960's was so prolific that
it accounted for the majority of acreage of hops grown in the states at that time. 

This lager pours a bright clear golden straw color. Crisp and dry on the palate with a slight lingering sweetness from the malt and corn. The hops add a refreshing bitterness followed by delicate aroma and flavors of floral and earthy notes.

This new iteration of the beer uses Yakima Chief’s Veteran’s Blend Hops to honor and support the heroes that put their lives on the line for our country.
Yakima Chief Hops is donating $3 per pound sold to Stop Soldier Suicide, the only national non-profit organization dedicated solely to reducing the suicide rate among our nation's Veterans.
Big citrus, tropical fruit and pine notes are balanced with honey malt, giving this beer just a hint of malt complexity and sweetness.

Smooth drinking. Robust coffee aroma and bittersweet coffee flavor. This stout is rich and decadent with notes of molassess, toffee and chocolate.

Our classic American Pale Ale, Fox Point is a clean, light-medium bodied ale. This beer presents a touch of malty sweetness and pleasant hop bitterness.

8% abv - NE DIPA

This batch was brewed with a blend of local Stone Path Malt, wheat and oats to give it a gorgeous golden haze and soft mouthfeel. This iteration was hopped with Lotus and Trident.

These hops are famous for the tropical juicy notes they contribute when used during dry hopping.

5.6% abv - Zwickelbier

This naturally cloudy and unfiltered lager (what the Germans describe as Naturtrüb) is brewed with a combination of German malts and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. The result is a refreshing a complex lager that balances bready and slightly sweet malt flavors with the herbal and floral notes of the hops.

Crisp and malty amber lager. This beer has a nuanced and elegantly malt forward flavor profile. Notes of caramel sweetness and toasted character are imparted by the European specialty malts used in the brewing process.

Hopped with German Noble hops which perfectly balance out the flavor profile with a delicate touch of bitterness and herbal spice.

Rich and decadent. This heavy-bodied stout is brewed with Maris Otter and a variety of dark malts, imparting notes of chocolate, toffee and molasses.

This English style winter warmer is brewed with cherry, sweet orange peel, and ginger. Huge malty taste upfront with notes of english toffee and dried fruits accented by the special ingredients with a hint of spice and citrus from the hops.
