**1. Eligibility:**
- The Narragansett Beer Company Solo Stove Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.
- Employees of Narragansett Beer Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
**2. Sponsor:**
- The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Narragansett Beer Company, located at 271 Tockwotton Street Providence, RI 02903, ("Sponsor").
**3. Agreement to Official Rules:**
- Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
**4. Entry Period:**
- The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period").
- Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
**5. How to Enter:**
- During the Entry Period, eligible participants can enter the Sweepstakes by filling out an online form.
- Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
- Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
- All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

- One (1) winner will receive a Solo Stove Bonfire Fire Pit.
- The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $249.99.
- The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
**7. Winner Selection and Notification:**
- The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Entry Period.
- The drawing will be conducted within 7 days after the Entry Period by the Sponsor or its designated representatives.
- The winner will be notified by email within 3 days following the winner selection.
