It was hot, it was muddy and it was all around fun. Not the typical description of a Gansett weekend, but the Bold R Dash wasn't your typical race. Yawgoo Valley turned into a military style obstacle course this past Saturday for one of the coolest events we've been too. The Gansett Girls and Clammie showed up in the afternoon as the race was finishing and contestants needed to cool off with a Gansett. Beyond RI, we were also at Cafe Ninein New Haven this Saturday, August 13 for GO KAT GO! PRESENTS SWING AND JUMP BLUES featuring THE GAS, HOUSE GORILLAS and SHINY LAPEL TRIO.
