RAIL JAM Registration from 7-8:30pm. Practice runs 8-9pm, Open Jam begins PROMPTLY at 9pm until 11pm, Award Ceremony at 11:30pm. Registration is $20 - you do not have to pay a cover if you enter the Rail Jam.

The Rail Jam is ALL AGES, and requires a waiver. UNDER 18 year old riders need a parent PRESENT to sign the waiver, and all UNDER 21 year old riders must leave the event after the rail jam unless they have won prizes and are personally invited to the award ceremony - sorry, these are legal requirements. Artists for Save the Bay

Start your holiday shopping early and help preserve one of Rhode Island's greatest natural resources. Featuring more than 200 original works by artists from all over the state, the Artists for Save the Bay collection celebrates the natural beauty of the Narragansett Bay. At the opening reception, enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres while browsing art for sale, including mosaics by Peter Ogle. Prices range from $50 to $3,000 per piece, and 50 percent of the proceeds will support the Save the Bay organization in its mission to preserve and protect the bay.

The Details: Opening reception Nov. 17. 5:30-8 p.m. $25. Exhibit will run through Dec. 27. Save the Bay Center, 100 Save the Bay Dr., Providence, savebay.org.

Get your tickets now for the Beer Summit Harvest Fest. Join us November 18 & 19th as we celebrate the Fall beers from over 61 different breweries. It's a celebration of the best Autumn beers in the world, right here in Boston. There will be three sessions for this event, the Friday Night, and two on Saturday.

What is it? The Harvest Fest is a craft beer tasting, with over 60 brewers and 200+ beers to sample. It has been happening in Boston since 2009, and gets bigger and better every year.
