2013 Nashua River Brewers Festival. Saturday, June 29 from 1 to 7pm at Riverfront Park in Fitchburg, MA. 'Beers for Good' formed early in 2008 when a few of us were having a beer together and said to ourselves "we've been to some great brewers festivals in the last year. Why don't we do one for some local charities here in Fitchburg." Although we've had help from numerous family and friends (and we thank them all) our group consists of: Trevor Bonilla, Larry Casassa, Jon Giannetti, Robin Lanman, Amy LeBlanc, Liz and Jordan Murphy, and David Streb. All of our proceeds go to benefit local charities! No one with Beers For Good is paid - everyone is a volunteer. Our mission is three fold; to raise money for a good cause; to educate the public about the great variety of craft beers in this region; and to attract people to the city of Fitchburg. We do this by producing high quality, beer-centric events in Fitchburg that are both entertaining and showcase the great entertainment and recreation venues the city of Fitchburg has to offer. Beers For Good is affiliated with the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts. Proceeds from Beers For Good events go to benefit local charities. All gifts and donations to Beers For Good are tax-deductible under federal charitable donation guidelines. Beers For Good is also affiliated with the City of Fitchburg to bring you the Nashua River Brewers Festival at Riverfront Park. For tickets and more info visit BeersForGood.com.
