Trumbull Day 2013: Originally established in 1972 to celebrate the Town of Trumbull’s 175th Anniversary, Trumbull Day is a fun-filled family event highlighting the best of what Trumbull has to offer - - from its people to businesses to non-profits and other local organizations. In keeping with tradition, the Trumbull Day Commission has selected the fields behind Trumbull High School (72 Strobel Road) and Hillcrest Middle School as the site for Trumbull Day 2013. The event will open with the fun and amusements of carnival rides and games; a spectacular fireworks display will close the evening. The main stage will feature a variety of live musical acts, and each of the bands has a close tie to Trumbull.
