Honorary Captain for this weekend's game, Troy Brown enjoys a Narragansett light at the Biltmore Bar in Newton, MA during last year's playoffs.
Let the excitement begin! Because this is going to be one huge weekend. Why? The Patriots are in the AFC Championship and to start they are taking on the Ravens at home in Foxboro. Gillette Stadium is going to be absolutely bananas on Sunday for the game. We can already hear the roar of the crowd and the smell of the grills from tailgating. You don’t even have to be a big football or sports fans to get roped into the excitement of this game. Especially the energy coming from the stadium. If you're headed to Foxboro for it, then stop in either CBS Scene or Tobey Keith's in Patriot Place for Gansett specials. And if you can’t go to the game, then pop into your favorite sports bar and you’ll see what we are talking about. The Gansett Girls will be at Joco's in Waltham and Perfect Game in Worcester for the game raffling off Gansett Gear prizes. No matter where you watch it, make sure you enjoy a Narragansett beer. If you prefer the comforts of home, then get some friends over, make our chili and make sure the fridge is stocked with plenty of cold Gansetts for them. You can’t root for a New England team without New England’s beer. What could better? Great sports action and Narragansett beer. The good beer for the good hours. Go Patriots! Going skiiing or snowboarding this weekend? If you're in New Hampshire, then we'll be at Wildcat Mountain on Saturday from 3 to 5 pm. Warm up with a cold one. We'll be in the lodge with Gansett beer specials, raffling off some Gansett prizes and more. Hi Neighbor, Have a Gansett!

The Beer Summit’s Winter Jubilee is upon us. Yes, when thousands of thirsty beer fans pile into the Castle At Park Plaza in Boston for music, food, fun and oh yeah beer. Hundreds of beers to be exact and the winter calls for each brewery to bring at least one style that is no less than %7 abv. This show isn’t for the light drinkers. We’ve shipped a bunch of barrels of our porter which weighs in right at 7 for everyone. Dark, roasty, malty, hoppy complex and everything a good porter should be, Gansett porter is getting some rave reviews. So if you haven’t had it yet, then make this your chance. It all starts tomorrow night at 5:30-9pm and continues Saturday 12:30-4p and 5:30 to 9pm. That’s 3 chances so don’t miss it. Click here for tickets and more info.
