The first ever Narragansett Summer Running Festival was so much fun. Over 1,000 runners competed in either a 5k, 10k or half-marathon. Finishers were rewarded with a cold 'Gansett. The girls were there with TallBoy handing out prizes for the competitors and spectators. They were playing corn-hole with the spectators during the race and awarding 'Gansett Gear to winners. With that and live music, the festivities in the beer garden were in full swing until the end. We'll be throwing this festival and race again next summer for sure.
