Summer in a glass. Pilsner malt and heirloom Warthog wheat lend notes of sweetgrass and cereal. Azacca and Motueka hops add tropical notes of mango and pineapple. Fresh lemon zest (seriously fresh! we zest the lemons by hand right before we use them in the brew) accentuates the bright sun ripened flavor.

The generously hoppy profile of this West Coast IPA is perfectly complemented by the tart freshness of grapefruit added during fermentation. Simcoe and Cascade hops impart flavors of bright citrus, apricot, resin and pine that are boosted by the addition of fruit for an easy drinking and delightful summer IPA. ⁠

5.6% Abv - Zwickelbier

This naturally cloudy and unfiltered lager (what the Germans describe as Naturtrüb) is brewed with a combination of German malts and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. The result is a refreshing a complex lager that balances bready and slightly sweet malt flavors with the herbal and floral notes of the hops.
